Our Freshness Philosophy
In order to guarantee freshness, we cut most of our cheeses to order by hand and we do our very best to cut them as accurately as possible. There still remains a possibility of a shipping a cheese that is slightly bigger or smaller than what has been ordered. But rest assured that the product was cut specifically for your order

Wrapping and Packaging
Any cheeses that are cut to order will be wrapped in a specially designed paper that enables the cheese to breathe all the while continues the maturation process, up until the point of consumption.
When the order is ready to be shipped out, all perishables will be packaged in an insulated box with reusable ice packs to ensure the order remains cold. Upon delivery, the ice may have defrosted some but as long as the products are cool to the touch, there shouldn’t be need for worry.

Direct Shipments to Your Door

As stated in our shipping guidelines, you will be offered different shipping options, depending on the contents of your purchase and the location of the delivery address. For more perishable items, we limit transit time to 1 day. As such, your options for delivery method will be “Next Day Air” or “Next Day Air Saver”. For orders only containing nonperishables, you will also have the option to select “Ground”.
