The Brillat-Savarin is a fabulous cow's milk cheese from Bourgogne, created in the 1930s by affineur Henri Androuet.
This French soft cheese has a sweet taste and a white rind. It is a triple cream cheese, that means that cream is added three times before getting the curds. And for this reason, Brillat-Savarin contains 75% of fat, and is not indicated for diets.
Its taste is so unique that the cheese was given the name of the famous French gourmet.
