Preparing a homemade vinaigrette takes a few minutes and allows you to have a genuine seasoning to flavor your Thanksgiving dishes.
The basic recipe can be further customized by adding the spices that you prefer: rosemary, chili, etc.
Instructions
- Pour into a deep bowl three tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, two of mild mustard, a pinch of salt, a good sprinkling of freshly grated black pepper and a spoonful of brown sugar.
- Start mixing the ingredients with a whisk, then add slowly nine tablespoons of oil, whisking constantly until the dressing is creamy and well emulsified.
