Instructions

  • First of all, preheat the grill.
  • Wash accurately the pears and cut them in half.
  • Lean the pears on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Turn the pears upside down and cook for 2 minutes.
  • In the meantime, mince the walnuts.
  • Put the pears on a plate and put a spoon of gorgonzola cheese on each piece.
  • Sprinkle the pears with walnuts and serve very hot!

You can also add honey or balsamic vinegar to make this delicious grilled dessert recipe even tastier.

For more dessert idea, try this recipe with plums, or make the traditional combinations melon and ham: clean and slice the melon, grill every slice for a minute on both side and wrap them into the slices of ham. Alternatively, wrap the melon in slices of caciocavallo cheese.
