- Add the sugar and mix.
- Now add the Marsala liqueur and than the tangerine juice. Bring to a boil always mixing.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then turn of the heat. Let the cranberry sauce rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve as an accompaniment to roasted or boiled meats, but also to cheeses.
This is the best cranberry sauce recipe you can do without fresh fruit! In case you an't find Marsala, replace it with Brandy.
