  • Mullet Bottarga

Today we want to suggest you nothing too difficult, nothing cooked and no doses, but a simple idea for a cool combination to treat yourself in upcoming spring evenings: delicious "bruschette" with fish roe and Burrata.

Alternatively, you can use slices of Mozzarella.
 

Instructions

  • Take the Burrata and cut into thin slices.
  • Sseason with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Toast the slices of bread and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
  • Arrange the slices of Burrata on the bread and finally add the bottarga shavings.
  • Serve warm.
