Bruschetta with Bottarga and Burrata
A simple idea for a cool combination to treat yourself in the upcoming spring evenings: delicious "bruschette" with fish roe and Burrata.
- Take the Burrata and cut into thin slices.
- Sseason with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Toast the slices of bread and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
- Arrange the slices of Burrata on the bread and finally add the bottarga shavings.
- Serve warm.
